Data retention & your requests

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

• Account and staff data: until the account is deleted.
• Model profile, photos, measurements and representations: while the representation is active, plus a short grace period, then deleted or anonymised.
• Showroom and booking recipient data: a limited period after the share, then deleted.
• Notifications and security/audit logs: up to 12 months.
• Erasure proof records: retained (de-identified) as evidence of Article 17 compliance.
• Tax and accounting records: 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act).

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdraw consent at any time. Use the in-app tools in your account, or contact info@modacast.co. We may verify your identity before acting.

We respond within 30 days (extendable by up to 60 where necessary). Erasure covers all systems holding your data, including representations, photos, packages, showrooms and booking recipients.
